Introduction

Building on previous reports, which have explored agreements in the UK14 and USA15, this report showcases three agreements, exploring how TAs support researchers and their institutions. We have incorporated a range of data, including company usage data (COUNTER 5), and publicly available citation data (Scopus, Web of Science, CrossRef) as indicators of engagement and impact. A detailed description can be found in the Methodology.

Additionally, the report features a series of interviews with consortia and member institutions involved in these agreements.
